Gladstone Capital Corporation
Gladstone Investment is happy to invest if a business shows potential for growth. The company makes debt and equity investments, typically in subordinated loans, mezzanine debt, and preferred stock, to buy out or recapitalize small and medium-sized private US businesses. It generally does so in conjunction with a company's management team or with other buyout funds. Investments usually range from $3 million to $40 million. Gladstone invests in a variety of businesses ranging from industrial product manufacturers to media companies in TV, radio, and publishing. Sister companies Gladstone Capital and Gladstone Commercial provide business development loans and finance commercial and industrial real estate.
